We ask that you please be considerate and respect our advertised hours. Pick ups and drop offs outside of these hours must be in agreement with us and will incur a $50 fee

Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday afternoon, Easter Sunday and Anzac day morning

- Any requests over 40km from Cattery122, please call to discuss.
- Airport pick ups or drop offs - $70.00
- Should your cat be booked in for a vet consultation whilst in our care a $50.00 charge will apply for our time to facilitate this for you.
- For those living Queen Charlotte Drive or Port Underwood Road, we are happy to arrange a meeting point, please call to discuss.
- Pick ups or drop offs outside of our normal taxi service hours (that are in agreement with us) will be $70.00 per trip.
- Taxi service is not available between 23rd December and 5th January.
